My name is Margit Juhasz, in 1993 became a Registered Dental Hygienist, later in 2001 I started a private Independent Dental Hygiene Practice and therefore considered to be a "Pioneer" in the profession. Still today I am one of the few owners of a stand-alone Independent Dental Hygiene Practices in Ontario.

My practice initially was built on clients without dental insurance. However, the number of people with dental insurance coming to have their teeth cleaned in my practice has significantly increased due to insurance acceptance. My objective is to build a relationship of trust with my clients. I make sure your priorities and concerns are heard, together we decide on all the procedures to be followed and I will refer to other health care professionals as required.

A graduate of Erie Community College, Williamsville, N.Y., I was awarded with the Degree of Associate in Applied Science, Dental Hygiene in 1993. Since then my clinical experience in Ontario and Germany allows me to provide all my clients with the best possible standards of care to prevent gum disease and tooth decay.

I have been actively involved as a member of the Halton Peel Dental Hygienists Society and served as its President for two years. Also I am a member of both the Canadian Dental Hygienists Association and the Ontario Dental Hygienists' Association and volunteered as a Board Member of the Ontario Dental Hygienists' Association for two years. As required by law I am registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario since 1993.

I take great pride in my profession and the services provided. Daily, my clients compliment my work saying such nice phrases as: "this is the best cleaning I ever had". I believe in taking all the time necessary with each client because I know everyone is different and unique with their concerns and their comfort level.
